Garden Room

The Garden Room is a sun-filled room with a queen size bed and separate sitting area.  It has a private entrance from a covered porch which has views of the courtyard and meadow. The River and Garden Rooms can be reserved together to create a 2 Bedroom suite. A twin memory foam rollaway bed can be used in the sitting area of this room to accommodate a 3rd guest. This guest suite is located in our guest wing, adjacent to the Farmhouse. It includes access to the Gathering Room, a larger public gathering space.

Amenities include coffee from Oconee Coffee Roasters​, Tazo Teas, mini fridge, and complimentary snacks and drinks.

$145.00-$185.00 avg/night for up to 2 people; add $25 per extra guest (max capacity 3). Some Holidays (New Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving) and Special event dates (UGA Home Game Weekends and Masters week) have a two night minimum. December 24th-26th are available for full Inn rental only. Seasonally closed in August and in January after the New Year holiday.
