Breakfast is included with every reservation. Houses and guest rooms include complimentary snacks, carbonated drinks, filtered water, coffee, and tea.

There is a drip coffee maker available in both houses and all of the guest rooms. Our local roasted coffee, Oconee Blend, is provided along with sweetners and half n half.

Breakfast is served between 8:30am-930am weekdays and between 8:30am-10am on weekends.

Breakfast is included in your reservation fee.

Discounts, offers and partnerships

We offer a 10% discount to Teachers, First Responders, and Military. We offer a 10% discount to a Sunday-Thursday stay of 3 nights or more.

What is the check-out time?

Check-out time is 11am.

Is there a late check-out option?

A late check option is available on a limited basis. There is a fee of $25

Do you allow pets?

We allow pets in our Hillside Cottage only. The Farmhouse and other guest rooms are not pet-friendly. $50 per pet fee per stay. Two pets maximum.

Is there a fridge in the room?

The Farmhouse and Cottage have full size refrigerator/freezers. All guest rooms have a mini fridge.

Do the rooms have a hairdryer?

Yes, they do.

Do the rooms have an iron and ironing board?

Yes, they do.

Is there air conditioning in the room?

Yes, there is.

Do you have WiFi?

WiFi is available in the houses, guest rooms and common spaces

Do you allow day use and day visitors?

No, our property is reserved for overnight guests.

Do you have Group booking options?

A reservation of 3 or more spaces is considered a group booking. Group bookings have a 60 day cancellation policy.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations Made 30 or More Days Before Arrival A refund of your deposit, minus a $25.00 service charge, will be issued if your cancellation notice is received 30 days or more prior to your arrival date. Cancellations Made Within 30 Days of Arrival If you cancel your reservation within 30 days but before 3 days before arrival, we will gladly hold your deposit as a credit toward a future stay, to be used within 12 months. This credit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations Made Within 3 days of arrival If you cancel within 3 days of arrival, or fail to arrive, you will forfeit your deposit and be charged in full for all nights included in your reservation. For the purposes of this policy, "day of arrival" begins at 5:30 PM Eastern Time on the calendar day 3 days prior to check-in. This cutoff corresponds with the time our office closes for the evening and reflects the point at which we are no longer able to meaningfully rebook the room or adjust housekeeping and staffing
