& Planning Support

For weddings with more than 100 guests, a professional wedding coordinator is required. Your coordinator ensures timelines, vendors, and logistics are handled smoothly so you can fully enjoy your Georgia wedding weekend.

Important clarification

Catering and bar service are not included with Wedding Weekend packages and are arranged separately by the couple.

Weather & Backup Plan

Outdoor weddings are beautiful — and we’re always prepared. If rain is expected, a classic white event pavilion will be installed to ensure your celebration remains comfortable and seamless. The tent is only charged if it is used; there is no fee if the weather stays clear.
